Hi, I’m Joan.

I am a hardworking and self-motivated person with 3+ years of experience in supporting
administrative tasks including record-keeping, answering emails, scheduling meetings,
and various HR-related duties, and 2yrs of experience as a Software QA Engineering from my previous work with a work-from-home setup. I was also able to focus on work without the need for supervision.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
